Check out the job description below and apply today!\nJOB TITLE: Program Manager\nREPORTS TO: VP, Projects & Operations\nJOB STATUS: Full Time\nFLSA STATUS: Exempt\nDATE: May 2, 2023\nJOB SUMMARY:\n\nControlTouch Systems is looking for an experienced Controls Integration Program Manager to provide leadership and consistency to a group of projects that may include Controls programming and Electrical Installation work while coordinating with customer and/or end users (TSA, Airports, etc.). The Program Manager leads all program/project team members and removes obstacles to drives deliverables such that each team member will have the opportunity to be successful on the project(s). When every team member is successful, then the program is successful. The program manager not only leads the internal team but also manages the customer expectations to guarantee the delivery of a program that exceeds customer expectations.\nSuccess for this position is to deliver successful projects to our customers. A successful project is defined by the following essential criteria:\n1. Safety – Injury free work environments\n2. Timeliness – Meeting or exceeding customer deadlines\n3. Execution – Efficient and effective startups\n4. Quality – Built according to specifications (or better)\n5. Profitability – At or under budget\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nDrives own empowerment with adequate authorization and responsibilities to manage the Programs project teams according to organizational standards.\nServes as first point of customer escalation of issues.\nActs as responsible project manager for projects when needed.\nAccountable for overall projects results with full profit/loss responsibility.\nStatus reporting on financial KPIs, risk/opportunity management, claims, scheduling and EHS.\nPerforms contract reading and derives actions concerning risks, opportunities, and obligations.\nSchedules regular project status meetings and organizes acceptance of work results for projects.\nDocuments and reports all work results according to defined standards.\nManages customer acceptance and final project closeout requirements (internal & external).\nManages customer expectations and helps team resolve issues.\nActively gathers information on the customer's strategies, requirements, and targets.\nConsults with customers, project teams and Sales team on technical solutions.\nClarifies customer targets, requirements per contract specifications.\nPerforms lessons learned activities and feeds the results to project and relevant parties.\nDevelops strategic billing plans for the best possible cash flow across projects.\nRepresents the project and company in the relevant decisions internally and externally.\nAssesses and manages contracts / specifications for responsible projects.\nNegotiates with stakeholders on Change Requests and incorporates them into contract.\nIs pro-active in notifying the customer, management, and team of project plan changes.\nAlign the Program team and cast a vision that defines project success and achieve the 5 critical criteria for all projects (Safety, Timeliness, Execution, Quality, Profitability).\nUnderstands that the customer is an important team member on the project team and effectively coordinate and communicate.\nIncrease and manage client relationships to ensure successful projects and repeatable business\nCoordinate and communicate with the Engineering and Field Operations\nManage sub-contractor and vendor relationships to ensure success\nLead project team to maintain and manage the project schedule\nPresent a monthly project update to management that reviews: budget, schedule, safety, CO’s and risk.\nOther responsibilities as needed.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nCombination of office and job site settings\nCollaborative, engaging and success driven culture\nTravel required\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nSitting for prolonged periods of time when in office\nStanding and walking for prolonged periods of time when at a jobsite\nClimbing may be required when working at a jobsite\nRepetitive typing/data entry\nLifting up to 10 pounds\nWORK SCHEDULE:\nThis position offers a flexible work schedule.
