Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Specialist position based in St. Louis, MO. The Administrative Specialist will manage daily office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide dedicated support to ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing records, assisting with customer inquiries, supporting financial transactions, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires collaboration across teams to align administrative functions with company goals. Qualifications Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to liaise effectively with clients, partners, and team members Strong Analytical and Finance skills for managing data, preparing reports, and assisting with financial tasks Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, office organization, and document preparation Proficiency in using office software and tools to manage administrative operations effectively Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Prior experience in a related administrative role is preferred Associate's degree, a bachelor's degree is a plus Experience with ERP, CRM, or order-entry systems Experience processing payments or supporting customer transactions Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments Why You'll Love Working at United Bags Competitive pay + performance-based incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + profit sharing Paid time off and paid holidays Stable, long-term role in a family-owned company Ready to Make an Impact?
