This position will work with a team of professionals, including client project managers, construction professionals, and project stakeholders, to develop, manage, and monitor critical path method (CPM) schedules and project control systems throughout a project's life cycle. If you are ready for an opportunity with tremendous growth potential, join our team!\nGeneral responsibilities include: Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedules.\nReview project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules, including all required dates, activities, and milestones.\nPerform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.\nReview project schedules and provide recommendations based on execution goals.\nPerform critical path analyses, identify schedule-related problems, and recommend corrective actions.\nConduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team.\nReview the contractor’s progress and present it to management for decision-making.\nDevelop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program.\nCost and resource management and reporting.\nIdentification and evaluation of risk and impacts within project schedules.\nCommunicate project status and challenges effectively.\nMeet with project teams, clients, owners, and various stakeholders.\nRequirements: Two or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry.\nBachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field.
