We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are looking for experienced electrical help, all skills and levels welcomed, for several positions in Southern and Northern California.\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems related to EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects\n Support electrical work involving:\n Concrete\n Conduit\n Wire sizing\n Transformers and switchboards\n Troubleshoot interoperability charging communication issues on DC fast chargers & adapters.\nAssist with operation of equipment such as bobcats, backhoes, and excavators (as qualified)\nSupport field service activities related to EV charging equipment, including basic site inspections, visual checks, and reporting of issues\nAssist senior technicians with onsite maintenance and repair tasks for EV charging stations\nHelp collect basic site information, logs, and documentation under direction of supervisors or field technicians\nMaintain job site safety, organization, and cleanliness at all times\nPerform general site and operational support tasks as needed when electrical work is not immediately available\n Other duties as assigned\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\nBasic electrical or construction experience required\nET Card\nWillingness to learn EV charging systems, electrical diagnostics, and field service\nprocesses\n Ability to work in outdoor field environments under varying conditions\n Willingness to travel domestically on occasion, as required by project needs\n Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team\n\nSECONDARY FUNCTIONS:\nInterpersonal Skills: Focuses on solving conflict, not blaming; maintains confidentiality;\nlistens to others; proactive in resolving issues\nWritten Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret\nwritten requirements\nContributes to building a positive team spirit\nTime Management: Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently\nProfessionalism: Maintains a professional attitude at all times\n\nZero Impact Builders is an equal-opportunity employer.
