You will be supported by dedicated mentors, career counselors, and customized training programs to help you succeed.\nThe Work:\nSolution Architecture & Design\nLead end-to-end Kinaxis solution architecture across supply chain planning functions.\nDesign scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and supply chain transformation strategies.\nDefine data models, planning hierarchies, control frameworks, and integration architecture.\nEstablish technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.\nBusiness Consulting & Stakeholder Management\nPartner with client leadership and business process owners to understand requirements and translate them into Kinaxis solutions.\nFacilitate workshops, process assessments, and solution blueprinting sessions.\nAdvise stakeholders on supply chain planning processes and industry best practices.\nDrive executive-level discussions regarding transformation opportunities and roadmap development.\nImplementation Leadership\nLead Kinaxis implementation and enhancement projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nOversee configuration, solution development, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.\nProvide guidance to functional consultants, developers, and project teams.\nEnsure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.\nIntegration & Data Management\nDefine integrations between Kinaxis and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nCollaborate with data engineering and integration teams to ensure reliable and accurate data flows.\nSupport master data governance and data quality initiatives.\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement\nEvaluate new Kinaxis capabilities and roadmap enhancements.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, AI-driven planning, and advanced analytics.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance and user adoption.\nTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.\n\nHere's what you need:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Information Technology, Operations, (or related field) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on supply chain management and advanced planning systems.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Technology implementations.\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs and strong understanding of planning processes and supply chain operations.\nCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
