HR Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Green Lane, PA. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive company culture, managing HR policies, conducting training, and supporting employee development. Additionally, the role will ensure the organization’s HR practices align with its mission and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred
Expertise in recruiting, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
Proficiency in managing performance evaluations and employee development programs
Experience with compliance, employment law, and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
Familiarity with HR software and tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in facilities management or related industries is a plus
