HR Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Green Lane, PA. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive company culture, managing HR policies, conducting training, and supporting employee development. Additionally, the role will ensure the organization’s HR practices align with its mission and values.
