Sous Chef

Sally is a neighborhood restaurant in Fitler Square focused on wood fired sourdough pizza and natural wine. We are seeking a new Sous Chef cook to join our team. What you offer: Hardworking and positive attitude Attention to detail A sense of urgency in your work. At least 2 year of relevant experience. (Pizza experience is not required but is a bonus) Proficiency in sauce-making, knife skills, meat-cooking, and time management. The role: Lead and supervise small team through busy services Manage and supervise prep teams to ensure quality . Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.  Purchasing, inventory, and accounting for food and back of house operations.
