This is an ideal launchpad role if you're early in your B2B career and want to learn how marketing and sales truly align to drive results.You'll be part strategist, part outbound tactician—working closely with sales to target high-value accounts and helping us scale personalized engagement campaigns that move the needle.What You'll Do:Partner with sales to identify ICP accounts for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM/ABX campaignsExecute personalized outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to key decision-makersCustomize messaging and assets for different personas across buying committeesCoordinate campaign calendars with content, product marketing, and demand genTrack performance and engagement data, turning insights into optimization strategiesKeep CRM and outreach platforms updated with accurate activity and lead statusTest new tools, tactics, and outreach strategies—we want your creativityWhat You Bring:1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, SDR, or sales enablement (internships welcome)Solid writing and communication skills—can you personalize without sounding like a robot?Curiosity about ABM, buyer personas, and GTM strategyProactive mindset: You're not afraid to pick up the phone or test a new outreach angleFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong Engage is a plusCoachable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a high-leverage skillsetWork alongside some of the best B2B marketers in the industryGet hands-on experience with both outbound and strategic marketingBuild real-world skills that open doors in ABM, demand gen, and salesRemote-first flexibility with global teammates and world-class leadershipA culture that values learning, ownership, and measurable resultsSeniority level Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function MarketingIndustries Software DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Integrate by 2xInferred from the description for this job Medical insuranceVision insurance401(k)Get notified when a new job is posted.Sign in to set job alerts for "Marketer" roles.
