This individual will also assist other members of the Executive Council, including the President/CEO and Executive Council members, as needed. The Executive Assistant will assist the direct reports of the COO, CFO and Executive Director (Health), as needed. The Executive Assistant is proactive, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be able to work independently, assume self-direction and is responsible to ensure that the administrative functions of the Executive Office are managed appropriately to provide an organized, prioritized flow of information to and from the COO, CFO and Executive Director (Health). This person must recognize and respond appropriately to a variety of sensitive and/or confidential information and is expected to exercise a high-level of discretion and confidentiality.
