This role supports accurate, timely laboratory results while maintaining compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPerform sample preparation using standard techniques, including acidification, digestion, aliquoting, and weighing\nConduct chemical analyses using approved laboratory methods and instrumentation\nPrepare reagents, standards, and calibration solutions to support accurate instrument performance\nCalculate, record, and report analytical data, including documenting any irregularities or deviations\nPerform routine instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as needed\nMaintain compliance with QA/QC standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements\nFollow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all aspects of work\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, including glassware and workspace upkeep\nAssist in operation and development of technical expertise in advanced instrumentation, including:\n\nGas Chromatography (GC)\nGas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS)\nPurge and Trap systems\nAtomic Absorption (AA)\nInductively Coupled Plasma (ICP)\nLaboratory data systems\n\nPerform routine laboratory tasks under supervision using established procedures\nComplete all work in a safe, efficient, and timely manner\nSupport additional laboratory duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\n\nAssociates or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred \nMinimum of 3 years of labatory experience\nBasic mathematical and data analysis skills, including use of formulas and calculations\nAbility to manage workload within time and quality constraints\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording\nAbility to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to collaborate within a team environment\n\nWe Offer\n\nCompetitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits plans which include medical and dental insurance, company-sponsored life insurance, retirement security savings plan, short- and long-term disability programs and tuition assistance.#LI-AO#LI-Onsite#Appcast\n\nADA Statement & EEO Statement\n\nIn developing this job description care was taken to include all competencies needed to successfully perform in this position.
