We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Excellence and Justice and are united in our commitment to achieve the best outcome for our clients.You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.The Opportunity The Third-Party Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for building and managing a consistent pipeline of high-quality, qualified leads through outbound and partnership-based acquisition channels in support of the firm’s Personal Injury, Employment, and Class Action practices. Working closely with the VP of Growth and cross-functional marketing teams—including PPC, paid social, development, intake, and external agency partners—this role ensures leads entering the funnel are relevant, compliant, and conversion-ready.Accountable for Owning top-of-funnel lead generation across third-party, outbound, and partnership channels Managing a $1M+ monthly performance marketing budget across 10-12+ vendors Driving signed cases for Personal Injury, Wrongful Termination, and Wage & Hour Owning CPA, ROI, pacing, and daily lead flow across all campaigns Sourcing, onboarding, and managing third-party vendors; scaling winners and throttling underperformers Executing and optimizing multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, approved channels) Developing and testing messaging, sequencing, and targeting to maximize conversion Qualifying leads and ensuring clean handoff to Intake with accurate CRM documentation Redlining and managing MSAs, SOWs, and IOs to meet firm and compliance standards Ensuring compliance with SB-37, CCPA, and firm data-privacy requirements Partnering with PPC, paid media, analytics, Intake, Accounting, Legal, and leadership Delivering clear, actionable performance reporting to growth and executive leadership Qualifications5+ years in lead generation, performance marketing, or growth operations Experience managing large budgets and third-party or agency partners Strong understanding of CPA, ROI, attribution, and lead quality metrics Background in legal, regulated, or B2C service-based marketing preferred Experience running outbound or partnership-driven acquisition campaigns Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning results end-to-end Highly organized, data-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment Compensation$90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience BenefitsPaid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Team outings and sponsored events Employee referral bonus programs Firm-paid Medical HMO with affordable upgrades Firm-paid Life and AD&D insurance Low-cost Dental and Vision plans 401k FSA (Flexible Spending Account) EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Pet Insurance  Strive for Excellence.
