Project Coordinator (Construction Liaison) - LaVergne, TN

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator Specialist to serve as a key liaison between Sales and Construction. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing through permitting and pre-construction, helping keep projects moving efficiently by coordinating documentation, driving timelines, and maintaining communication across all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact between Sales and Construction teams after contract signingIntroduce yourself to customers within 1-2 days and guide them through next steps in the processGather and manage all documentation required for permit submissionCoordinate with engineers, municipalities, and internal teams to move permits forwardTrack permit progress and follow up consistently to ensure timely approvalsEnsure permits are properly closed after project completionDrive progress across all stages of the pre-construction process and identify potential delaysMaintain visibility on all active projects and provide weekly status updatesSupport coordination across teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are metProvide a high level of customer service by communicating updates and addressing questionsQualifications3+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or operations role (construction industry preferred)Experience with permits, documentation, or project coordinationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProven ability to follow up consistently and drive tasks to completion across multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting prioritiesProficiency with systems/tools (CRM, scheduling tools, or similar platforms)Valid driver's license and clean driving record requiredCompensation & Benefits$18-$20/hourMonthly bonus structureWe will be accepting applications and interviewing candidates between April 13th and May13th.
