DevOps Engineer

They are looking for a talented, innovative, and highly detail-oriented Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer who can bridge deep technical expertise with strong project execution capabilities.Their Platform Engineering team is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale multi-tenant cloud infrastructure environments used by customers worldwide. The team works closely with internal product and operations teams to build scalable, repeatable infrastructure solutions while continuously improving automation, security, and operational efficiency. If you thrive in fast-paced cloud environments, enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, and want to work on highly scalable SaaS systems, this opportunity is exactly what you’ve been looking for!As a Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer, you will:Design, build, release, and maintain large-scale infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and SDLC best practices;Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP environments;Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and scalable automation solutions;Translate complex infrastructure requirements into well-scoped technical plans and actionable deliverables;Collaborate closely with internal product teams to define infrastructure requirements and deliver scalable cloud solutions;Use GitLab and CI/CD pipelines to manage and maintain customer infrastructure repositories;Deploy and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes;Leverage AI and generative AI tools to improve engineering efficiency, security posture, and operational workflows;Implement monitoring, configuration management, logging, and observability capabilities across multi-cloud environments;Produce and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational guidelines;Investigate infrastructure issues, troubleshoot complex environments, and support production operations;Operate with a security-first mindset while ensuring infrastructure reliability and scalability.Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or automation engineering roles;5+ years of production experience with Terraform, including building and maintaining large-scale infrastructure environments;Strong expertise in Ansible automation, including Ansible Roles and Ansible Galaxy;Strong experience with Linux administration, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting;Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting;Experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP foundational cloud services;Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments;Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab-based workflows;Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Infrastructure as Code best practices;Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, subnetting, DNS, and cloud networking;Experience with RBAC design, identity management, and cloud security best practices;Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability solutions in cloud environments;Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management technologies;Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation;Experience using AI developer tools and an AI-forward engineering mindset;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;At least Upper-intermediate level of English (B2 or higher).Preferred Qualifications:Experience designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems;Experience working in regulated or government environments;Knowledge of ITIL-compliant ticket management systems such as ServiceNow;HashiCorp Terraform certifications or equivalent AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud certifications;Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.We offer:Competitive market salary;Fully remote work environment;Flexible working hours;Opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure projects;Collaboration with highly professional international engineering teams;Interesting technical challenges with opportunities for continuous growth and learning;Supportive engineering culture focused on automation, innovation, and modern cloud technologies.
