Central Florida area with some in person meetings.Directs, coordinates, maintains, and controls the accounting and financial systems of the organization. Partners in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve financial performance. Identifies opportunities for lowering costs, improving revenue, and creating operational efficiencies. Organizes workflow and communicates effectively to superiors while motivating subordinates. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial information and statements. Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets. Conducts financial analysis and provides insights to support decision-making. Supervises the development and implementation of financial performance improvement processes. Establishes and monitors internal controls within accounting and finance systems. Assists in the development of the organization’s accounting policies and procedures. Provides oversight to the accounting/finance team and responds to Senior Management’s questions or concerns. Coordinates the development, implementation, and deployment of strategic information to assist the organization's overall performance. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. [Required] Ability to problem solve and critically think through situations to provide actionable analysis. [Required] Working knowledge of healthcare accounting methods, reporting and standards development. [Required] Ability to handle multiple critical tasks and projects at one time. [Required] Excellent written and verbal communication skills. [Required] Must have a solid understanding of how urgent care clinics and physician practices operate. [Required] Ability to work in a project-oriented environment with individuals across the organization. [Required] Must possess strong interpersonal and managerial skills, be self-motivated and able to bring closure to issues in an effective, meaningful and timely manner. [Required] Ability to form meaningful relationships with team members at all levels in the organization.
