The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to both technical and business stakeholders, helping leaders understand financial impacts, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make informed decisions.\n\nThe ideal candidate combines strong financial planning and analysis expertise with exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to leadership teams You will lead and manage the finance team to ensure accounting and financial processes and procedures are in accordance with corporate and legislative requirements.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n\nOversee the activities of the Accounting and Finance Department regarding the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and monthly external financial statements, 12 month rolling forecasts.\nEstablish and maintain systems and controls which safeguard company assets by verifying the integrity of all systems, processes, and data, and enhance the Company's value, including complying with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act, corporate policies, and financial controls.\nPrepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.\nDeliver detailed variance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.\nPartner with operational, engineering, and functional leaders to support business objectives and drive financial accountability.\nMaximize financial returns by establishing and overseeing the financial aspects of the assigned site/business segment performance.\nProactively drive actions to improve profitability, cashflow and long-term performance.\nIdentify & build business cases for investments, evaluate & mitigate risks, understand foreign exchange and currencies impacts, support quotes & work with customers, drawing on strong business acumen to achieve high site performance.\nIdentify and develop opportunities for process improvements such as finance digitization efforts.\nEnsure compliance and adherence to corporate policies, local country, and US GAAP, as well as tax, customs, Tariffs and trade compliance.\nSupport internal and external audits and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.\nPerform/lead all finance month close activities and collaborate with GBS teams, including stakeholders across the U.S, Mexico and India.\nDrive HR Strategies, Talent Development, coaching, mentoring and culture actions and retain a qualified, motivated & high performing workforce.\n\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\n\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training.\nA background in manufacturing/cost accounting is preferred.\nTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.\nExperience working within ERP’s Baan, preferred\nKnowledge of US GAAP & SOX compliance\nMBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are added on & preferred.\nExperience with OneStream or similar financial planning and performance management systems is a plus.\nExpertise in Microsoft applications and Excel knowledge.\nExcellent attention to detail with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and execution\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\n\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\n\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
