While the name has evolved, the dedication to quality, creativity, and client satisfaction remains steadfast.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Mid-Level Architectural Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Addison, TX. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating architectural designs including conceptual site plan, conceptual elevations, schematic plans and so forth, collaborating with team members, and supporting schematic design exhibits and design development initiatives. This role requires attention to detail, strong design capabilities, and coordination with various project stakeholders to bring design concepts to life. The successful candidate will contribute to the innovative and client-focused design solutions that HEDK Architects is known for.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Design exhibitsExperience in Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development Drawings and document preparationKnowledge of Urban Planning principles and design practicesStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work within multidisciplinary teamsProficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp and other architectural toolsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitecturePrevious experience in Multi-Family design is a plusDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage project tasks
