We’re looking for someone driven to learn and eager to build their development career at IDEXX to join us. You will join a team of talented software engineers, driving innovation in veterinary care.\n\nIDEXX VetLab Station software is a pivotal part of our diagnostics portfolio, bringing a clinics i n-house diagnostics together for efficient, seamless workflows. This software solution enables v eterinarians and veterinary technicians provide better care for pets in over 50,000 veterinary practices while contributing to improvements in pet health. It’s an essential part of our product offering and a meaningful product to be a part of!\n\nThis role will be hybrid onsite at our Westbrook, ME office\n\nA bit more about the role, you will:\nDesigns, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs based on technical configurations developed by analysts and project teams. Estimates and tracks time required to complete work, for project budgeting and financial tracking.\n\nDevelops program designs to meet technical configurations, ensuring that resulting systems will operate efficiently and reliably. Understands business function supported by the application to encompass within design framework. Ensures design integrates with other related systems.\n\nCodes programs using various programming languages as appropriate .\n\nTests and debugs programs to finalize and ensure smooth operation.\n\nDocuments program design, coding and other details to guide others in application development, use and maintenance.\n\nSupports, updates and maintains existing systems in response to business needs, system problems or other factors. Coordinates with project teams to design, code, test and document system changes.\n\nCoordinates with project team members to define application requirements.
