A growing, Australian business is seeking a hands-onKitchen Managerto lead back-of-house operations, team performance, and compliance at the unit level. The position is for a new location in Clear Lake area of Houston, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment looking for growth opportunities
What Youll DoOversee all BOH operations including receiving, prep, production, line, dish, catering, and dispatch
Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and daily team management
Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability
Maintain food quality, consistency, and operational standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and labor to achieve KPIs and cost targets
Ensure compliance with DOH, labor laws, and safety standards
What Were Looking For2 + years of restaurant management experience (QSR or full-service)
Strong understanding of COGs, labor management, and inventory control
Proven ability to lead BOH teams
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Basic understanding of Restaurant 365 and Toast
