Position: Leasing ConsultantLocation: Winter Garden, FLPay: $45,000/yearExperience: 3 to 5 years of leasing experience is required.Type: Full-time; Direct HireSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pmHH Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionConduct tours of the property and available units for potential tenants.Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about available units, property features, and lease terms.Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, and community outreach to attract prospective tenants.Prepare and review lease agreements with new tenants, explaining terms and conditions.Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.Provide regular reports to property managers on occupancy rates, tenant turnover, and other relevant metrics.Manage lease renewals and communicate with tenants about their options and any changes to terms.Perform regular property inspections to ensure units and common areas are well-maintained.Liaise with maintenance staff to ensure the timely completion of repairs and maintenance requests.Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when violations occur.Process rent payments and follow up on late payments.Position RequirementsBilingual Spanish & English is highly preferred.Familiarity with property management software and office applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases.Meticulous attention to detail.Effective problem-solving skills.HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
