This position includes dynamic program management and enhanced behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges and those on the autism spectrum.\n\n*Responsibilities and Duties*\n\n* Lead a team of 12+ Behavior Interventionists\n* Lead a management team composed of a program coordinator and job developer.\n* Ensure a high level of behavioral intervention and of enhanced day program services for program participants.\n* Develop necessary documentation and behavioral reporting.\n* Collaboration with the participant, their family, and their team for the purpose of developing a behavior support plan\n\n*Qualifications and Skills*\n\nEducation: A Master's degree in a related field is required (eg Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Social Work) with an emphasis and / or training on behavioral intervention\n\nPreferred Experience:\n\n* At least 2 years experience in positions of leadership and management.\n* At least 2 years practical experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and those on the autistic spectrum\n* Expertise on behavior intervention.\n\nValid California driver's license, background check, pre-employment drug testing, and / or other employment clearance requirements.\n\n*Benefits*\n\nExcellent Benefit Package.
