Candidates must live locally; we are unable to consider applicants residing out of state.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nCollaborate closely with network colleagues to ensure the seamless and dependable operation of software and systems, aligning with business objectives and processes.\r\nOversee and uphold network infrastructure integrity, encompassing LAN, WAN, WWAN, and Internet connections.\r\nConfigure, maintain, and provide support for customer infrastructure as required.\r\nExercise vigilance in monitoring network security to safeguard against external, internal, or program-based breaches.\r\nPlay an integral role in shaping network security strategies and protocols.\r\nMaintain efficient backup and continuity solutions across primary and secondary locations, as well as customer premises.\r\nEmploy network monitoring tools to ensure timely identification and response to network anomalies.\r\nServe as an escalation point for network systems operational challenges.\r\nDevelop and uphold comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service histories.\r\nEnhance performance by promptly addressing network issues, conducting troubleshooting, and scheduling necessary upgrades.\r\nQualifications and Skills\r\nDemonstrated expertise in infrastructure design and implementation.\r\nProficiency in devising solutions for intricate routing demands.\r\nJunior-level mastery of firewalls, switches, wireless, and other networking components.\r\nCuriosity, self-motivation, and an eagerness to continuously learn.\r\nCapacity to work autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\r\nWillingness to mentor less-experienced colleagues.\r\nAbility to provide valuable insights, guidance, and best practices in problem-solving scenarios.\r\nStrong aptitude for critical thinking, problem resolution, and informed decision-making.\r\nDedication to delivering excellent customer service.\r\nWhile a bachelors degree, networking certifications, ConnectWise or Halo experience, and general technical systems understanding are advantageous, they are not obligatory.\r\nCultural fit: We are a family-owned business that values accountability, professionalism, and individual growth.
