anticipate the next order and stage supplies/products as needed\nUtilize Company systems for reporting production, scrap, inventory, etc.\nPress drum head and bottoms to scheduled requirements and to meet customer specifications\nCheck press set up after changeover to gauges\nCheck pre-curl roll, adjust, and replace as needed\nChangeover head press as required\nMove parts to and from press as required\nCheck off completed orders on daily schedule sheet\nStack/prepare parts as needed\nSelect, pick-up, and move boxes of flanges to work station\nAssist and operate presses in press poll as needed\nFollow direction and product required quantities\nTroubleshoot mechanical issues with other operators, maintenance, and management\n\nOTHER DUTIES\n\nMaintain working area in a clean, orderly and safe condition\nCarry out minor maintenance overhauls and parts changes; including designated preventative maintenance\nTrack issues with downtime and/or equipment\nAttend all required meetings and trainings\nPerform all other duties as required or requested\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nPrior experience in industrial manufacturing\nHazardous Material Handling\n\nLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS\n\nForklift License\n\nPROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS\n\nOffer highest level of innovation and problem solving skills to influence overall efficiency, improvements in productivity, outcomes, etc.\n\nVERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS\n\nUse verbal skills to transfer information to operators, maintenance, and management\n\nWRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS\n\nComplete reports such as production, quality, and inventory legibly\n\nMATH SKILLS\n\nAddition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios\n\nCOMPUTER SKILLS\n\nInternal manufacturing systems\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed throughout the shift\nAbility to stand, kneel/stoop, and walk for the duration of the shift\nRequires good hand/eye/foot coordination\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, loud environments, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions\nVision: 20/20 corrected;
