Urgent Care Provider - South TexasA growing regional urgent care organization in South Texas is seeking a full-time provider to join its expanding clinical team. This opportunity offers a structured compensation model, flexible scheduling, and a consistent patient volume environment suited for providers comfortable with fast-paced care delivery.Compensation & Employment StructureThe position offers a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, with production-based bonus opportunities. Employment is structured as a W2 position with a 2-year contract term and a 120-day out clause.Work Schedule & FlexibilityProviders are scheduled for 40 hours per week, with flexibility to customize scheduling and the option to exceed standard hours if desired.
