By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the production technician represents the best in the clean up and restoration industry.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.\nPerform production processes as directed.\nAdhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.\nCommunicate with crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.\nPerform end-of day/ end-of job clean up and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.\nMaintain an organized and clean work station, office, and grounds as assigned.\nDevelop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.\nOther tasks/duties as required by employer.\nNecessary experience and skill set:\nStrong work ethic\nStrong oral communication skills\nExperience in cleaning/ restoration preferred but NOT required - we will train you\nThe ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance\nAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces ( crawl spaces, attics)\nAbility to sit/stand/ walk for prolonged periods of time.\nAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects\nAbility to work with and around cleaning products/ chemicals\nAbility to travel locally\nAbility to successfully complete a back ground check and drug test subject to applicable law\nThis is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evenings and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local.
