This role may support release management activities, portfolio planning, roadmap execution, operational transformation initiatives, and AI-enabled engineering programs.\r\nYou will manage projects through the product development lifecycle, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones and dependencies, identify risks, and help drive execution against operational and strategic objectives.\r\nConditions of Employment\r\nYou must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.\r\nYou must successfully pass a background investigation and achieve Public Trust security clearance.\r\nMust be located near the Horsham, PA location for a hybrid onsite schedule.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nManage projects through the product development lifecycle.\r\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and Release Management.\r\nSupport roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and execution tracking activities.\r\nMaintain ownership of schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status.\r\nSchedule and facilitate project review meetings and stakeholder updates.\r\nCommunicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.\r\nSupport release coordination and operational rollout activities.\r\nPerform data analysis relevant to project delivery and operational improvement initiatives.\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes and operational workflows.\r\nLeverage AI productivity tools and automation workflows to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and coordination.\r\nSupport initiatives involving AI-assisted engineering, workflow automation, and modernization efforts.\r\nRequirements\r\n5+ years of project management, program management, PMO, or related experience.\r\nBachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.\r\nStrong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\r\nExperience coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts in Agile environments.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\r\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent priorities in fast-paced environments.\r\nComfortable operating in ambiguous or evolving operational environments.\r\nStrong proficiency with modern AI productivity tooling and AI-assisted workflows.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nExperience supporting software delivery, workflow modernization, or operational transformation initiatives.\r\nExperience with tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or Visio.\r\nFamiliarity with release management, portfolio planning, and roadmap coordination.\r\nExposure to AI/ML concepts, automation initiatives, or agentic workflow tooling.\r\nExperience working in regulated or government environments.\r\nPMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications preferred.\r\nAbout the Business\r\nLexisNexis Legal & Professional provides legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics that help customers increase productivity, improve decision-making, achieve better outcomes, and advance the rule of law around the world.\r\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500.
