Interior Design Senior Manager (Hospitality) — Contract (W2)Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid)Scope: 6-month w2 contract with potential to extend, includes options for medical, dental, and vision benefits + PTOFull-time M-F, 35 hours per week, T-Th onsite, M&F remotePay Rate Range: $48-$52/per hourOur client is hiring an Interior Design Senior Manager to support hospitality renovation and conversion projects. You’ll partner with Interior Design leads and the Renovation team to review design submittals, assist with Property Improvement Plans (PIPs), and support design deliverables and communications.What You’ll DoMonitor and respond to the Interior Design mailbox (24-hour response expectation)Review design submittals for renovation and conversion projectsSupport Renovation team with PIP development/writingAssist with SPEXX tasks as needed (plus)Help create paint flyers and manufacturer-direct layoutsSupport presentations, mood boards, FF&E specifications, and shop drawing reviewsRequirements1–2 years hospitality design experienceStrong multitasking and collaboration skills; self-starterSoftware: AutoCAD (2007+), Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Excel, MS OfficeComfortable client-facing / communicating with Owners and stakeholdersUnderstanding of project management, finishes/products, procurement processesBachelor’s in Interior Design (FIDER or CIDA-accredited program) or equivalentNice to HaveSPEXX experiencePIP writing experienceExperience with multiple hotel brand standards across market tiersTravel: Up to ~10% domestic (occasional short-notice site visits)
