Your work will directly contribute to strengthening collective defense, operational readiness, and digital transformation across allied nations.\nThis is more than a development role — it is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise to systems that support strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness, and international security collaboration. You will design, develop, test, and deploy containerized applications using modern development methodologies and cloud-native architectures, working within a high-impact environment where reliability, security, and innovation truly matter.\nYou will collaborate as part of a balanced Agile team including Product Managers, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and Data Scientists to deliver secure, scalable, and mission-driven iterative releases.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild containerized application tools aligned with 12-Factor App methodology, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Extreme Programming (XP) principles\nDevelop products as part of a balanced Agile team\nDesign and implement REST APIs and microservices architectures\nDevelop full-stack solutions using modern JavaScript, Python, and/or Java frameworks\nPerform front-end development (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Django/Flask, Spring Boot)\nConduct database design and programming (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)\nDeploy containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift\nParticipate in collaborative pair programming environments\nRapidly learn and apply emerging technologies and frameworks\nSupport the creation and sustainment of DevSecOps pipelines and Agile delivery practices\nEssential Qualifications\nMinimum 4 years of full-stack development experience (JavaScript, Python, or Java)\nMinimum 4 years of front-end and/or back-end development experience\nMinimum 4 years of database design/programming experience\nExperience designing and developing REST APIs\nExperience implementing Test Driven Development (TDD)\nExperience with Microservices Architecture\nExperience deploying containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)\nExperience working within collaborative Agile teams\nExperience delivering iterative releases in an Agile/DevSecOps environment\nFluent English (oral and written) at SLP 3333 level or equivalent\nPreferred Experience\nExperience developing innovative digital products in NATO or national defense institutions\nExperience working within cloud-native environments\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrated security practices\nStrong documentation and technical communication skills\nWhy Join Innocape?\nAt Innocape, you will work on meaningful digital transformation initiatives that directly support allied security and global stability.
