Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, training and supervising staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and supporting the overall success and well-being of individuals served.\n\nClinical Oversight\nConducts comprehensive assessment on individuals upon enrollment and on a schedule thereafter\nDevelops and modifies treatment plans, including Individual Service Plans, for assigned individuals\nEstablished and manages data collection systems for assigned individuals for clinical treatment oversight\nCoordinates with Assistant Director on enrollment of individuals into the program\nProvides oversight of service tracking including specific services rendered, frequency, provider, and other related information\nCommunicates as needed with parents/caregivers of assigned individuals\n\nStaff Management and Administration\nServes as point of contact for staff regarding clinical issues with individuals\nOversees and ensures the proper management and allocation of human resources in the Residence program\nWorks with Assistant Director of Adult Services and Human Resources on hiring and candidate selection\nEnsure effective and efficient implementation of interdepartmental functions and processes\nCommunicates clear expectations related to goals of program\nAddresses and documents staff performance issues as they occur\nProvides daily supervision and frequent, constructive feedback\nEvaluates staff following established procedures within program and organization\nEnsures required staff training is completed and documented appropriately\n\nReporting\nCompletes required documentation for assigned individuals (e.g., ISP, quarterly progress reports, session notes, Serious Incident Reports, etc.)\nReports progress towards individual program outcomes through the completion of quarterly reviews for assigned individuals\nEnsures service delivery information and timekeeping is appropriately recorded; submits billing information to Director\n\nEssential Personnel / On-Call Requirements\nOn a scheduled basis, providing on-call coverage.
