Leads cost, schedule, and performance management activities, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, acquisition requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Applies advanced program management methodologies, acquisition principles, and SAP compliant processes to deliver high visibility, high impact program outcomes.\n*This position is contingent upon contract award*\nKey Duties\nProvide senior level leadership and oversight for program planning, execution, cost control, schedule management, and performance tracking.\nLead development and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), cost estimates, risk registers, and program baselines.\nOversee program documentation, acquisition artifacts, milestone reviews, and reporting requirements in accordance with DoD and SAP policies.\nCoordinate with government leadership, functional teams, contractors, and mission partners to ensure program alignment and timely execution.\nConduct advanced analysis of program risks, dependencies, and resource requirements; develop mitigation strategies and decision ready recommendations.\nSupport development of acquisition strategies, program roadmaps, and long range planning documents.\nPrepare senior level briefings, reports, and presentations for leadership, oversight bodies, and SAP governance structures.\nEnsure all program activities comply with SAP security protocols, classification guidelines, and information handling requirements.\nMentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.\nRequired Qualifications\nDAWIA Advanced/Level III certification must be achieved within 24 months of appointment\nUS Citizen\nActive Secret clearance with eligibility for SAP access\nMS/MA degree in a relevant field\nOver 10 years of DoD program, cost, and schedule management experience\nActive Project Management Professional (PMP) certification\nMinimum 5 years of Special Access Program (SAP) experience\nDemonstrated expertise in DoD acquisition processes, milestone documentation, and program management frameworks\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).\nProven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex, multistakeholder programs.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and decision making skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting major defense acquisition programs (MDAPs) or high visibility SAP initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management frameworks, and advanced scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).\nExperience briefing senior DoD leadership and oversight authorities.\nKnowledge of acquisition policy updates, governance structures, and compliance requirements.\nWhy Choose MIRACORP?\nAt MIRACORP, we recognize that our employees are the cornerstone of our success.
