This role directly supports U.S. Navy gun weapon system development, evaluation, and sustainment programs in a collaborative, mission-critical environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform systems requirements management, systems engineering design, and integration engineering for E30 Gun Weapon Systems programs.\nConduct system trade studies, interface analysis, and design documentation in support of program objectives.\nUtilize systems engineering software tools to maintain requirements traceability and manage technical baselines.\nSupport test and evaluation engineering activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting.\nParticipate in and lead system design reviews, technical interchange meetings, and engineering working groups.\nDevelop and maintain systems engineering artifacts, including ConOps, system specifications, and ICDs.\nCoordinate with government engineers and program managers to support systems engineering process compliance.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.\n2–5 years of professional experience in systems engineering, integration, or test and evaluation.\nExperience performing systems requirements management and utilizing systems engineering software tools.\nFamiliarity with DoD systems engineering lifecycle processes.\nActive Secret clearance required.\nDesired Skills & Experience\nExperience with Gun Weapon Systems or naval surface warfare systems engineering.\nFamiliarity with MBSE tools and methodologies (SysML, Cameo, DOORS, or equivalent).\nExperience supporting formal design reviews within a DoD acquisition program.\nAbout us: We are Command Post Technologies, Inc.
