In this role, you'll act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, empowering teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions while continuously improving flow, predictability, and collaboration.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nServe as a customer-centric servant leader for one or more Agile teams, fostering self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement\r\n\r\n\r\nCoach engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Lean-Agile principles to drive healthy, high-performing teams\r\n\r\n\r\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement, ensuring they are purposeful, time-boxed, and outcome-driven\r\n\r\n\r\nActively support Program Increment (PI) Planning and ART-level events, enabling alignment and predictable delivery across teams\r\n\r\n\r\nPartner closely with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritized, and healthy backlogs aligned to customer and business outcomes\r\n\r\n\r\nDrive delivery discipline by ensuring work items are properly sized, estimated, updated, and closed according to team standards\r\n\r\n\r\nUse Azure DevOps metrics and queries to monitor backlog health, sprint execution, flow, and aging work items\r\n\r\n\r\nIdentify, escalate, and help remove team-level and cross-team impediments to improve flow and protect team focus\r\n\r\n\r\nFacilitate dependency management and cross-team collaboration within the ART to support reliable delivery\r\n\r\n\r\nLeverage delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time) to support forecasting, transparency, and data-driven continuous improvement\r\n\r\n\r\nLead impactful retrospectives that result in measurable improvements and innovative ways of working\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with Scrum Masters, TPMs, Product Owners, RTEs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the program\r\n\r\n\r\nModel collaborative, agile leadership behaviors and help strengthen Agile adoption across the organization\r\n\r\n\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\n\r\n\r\n3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile delivery role supporting multi-phase software programs\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong, hands-on experience with Scrum and SAFe in an enterprise environment\r\n\r\n\r\nProven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and PI Planning events with confidence and clarity\r\n\r\n\r\nDemonstrated success coaching teams and leaders toward higher levels of Agile maturity\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for backlog management, delivery tracking, and reporting\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Skills & Experience\r\n\r\n\r\nSAFe certification (SSM, SPC) or equivalent Agile certification\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience supporting delivery across multiple teams or ARTs\r\n\r\n\r\nBackground in technical or software delivery environments\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong experience using metrics to drive accountable delivery and continuous improvement\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience delivering Utilities & Energy solutions, ideally including AMI (Automated Metering Infrastructure) or grid-edge\r\n\r\n\r\ntechnologies\r\nBenefits Info\r\nThis position also includes a competitive benefit package including financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more!\r\nLI-QW1\r\nItron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and providing an authentic workplace experience for all employees.
