The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nOperate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.\n\nMonitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficient production.\n\nPerform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, alignment, and replacement of components such as filters, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.\n\nTroubleshoot equipment issues and assist with identifying root causes of mechanical and operational problems.\n\nConduct quality inspections and testing on work-in-process and finished products.\n\nRecord production and quality data accurately in company systems.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance tasks and complete required maintenance documentation.\n\nCommunicate effectively with maintenance technicians, quality personnel, and production team members.\n\nFollow all safety policies, environmental regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and ISO requirements.\n\nSafely operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment as required.\n\nAssist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and production performance.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\n\nRotate between machines and production areas as needed.\n\nAssist other team members and perform additional duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nManufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, or technical experience preferred.\n\nMechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills strongly preferred.\n\nStrong mathematical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to read and follow work orders, procedures, and production documentation.\n\nBasic computer skills required.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.\n\nWillingness to learn multiple processes and obtain required certifications.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\n\nFrequent climbing of stairs, ladders, and work platforms.\n\nAbility to work in confined spaces and elevated areas when necessary.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.\n\nAbility to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and other outdoor elements.\n\nSchedule\n\nMust be flexible to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.\n\nPay\n$19 per hour.\n\nBenefits\nBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
