This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple pay groups and systems, performing validations, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The position partners cross-functionally to resolve issues, analyze discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements in payroll accuracy, controls, and efficiency.\n\nYour ‘day to day’:\nProcess and validate payroll transactions (hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, off-cycle payments)\nSupport weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles across multiple entities and pay groups\nExecute payroll controls, including gross-to-net reviews, variance analysis, and audits\nPerform payroll balancing, reconciliations, and data validation prior to finalization\nResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries\nAnalyze payroll data trends and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues\nGenerate reports and support payroll accounting and reconciliation activities\nAssist with payroll tax support, including inquiries, notices, and adjustments\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors on payroll operations\nParticipate in system testing, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives\n\nWho we’re looking for:\n3–5 years of payroll experience in complex, high-volume environments (3,000+ employees)\nExperience working within a publicly traded company environment\nHands-on experience with ADP enterprise payroll platforms\nExperience managing multi-entity payrolls with multiple pay groups and frequencies\nExperience with SuccessFactors and timekeeping systems (e.g., UKG, Kronos, or ADP WFM)\nStrong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, audits, and compliance requirements; advanced Excel skills\nWhat’s ‘nice to have’:\nExperience in a global organization\nBackground in payroll system implementations, migrations, or transformations\nExposure to SOX controls, payroll audits, or financial controls\nCPP certification or experience with tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, or SAP\n\nAnnual Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000\n\nWhat we offer\nWe offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, commuter benefits, pet insurance, generous PTO, and much more!\nWe have implemented Smart Work, a hybrid model of working that promotes flexibility in the workplace.\nSeize the freedom to define your future and ours.
