Required Skills: Valid RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent charge nurse experience in a Med/Surg setting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Nice to Have Skills: BLS and ACLS certifications Experience with patient education and discharge planning Bilingual skills a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred At least 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience, including supervisory roles Other Requirements: Must confirm housing arrangements prior to submission; facility currently has no available housing Willingness to work night shifts All necessary state and federal licensure and certifications Valid BLS and ACLS certifications preferred Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95 Start Date: 05/25/2026 We offer competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and ongoing support from a dedicated team committed to your success.
