{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"fa77aef16e6d2cb4ccecc8f6","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fa77aef16e6d2cb4ccecc8f6","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fa77aef16e6d2cb4ccecc8f6","title":"Operations Manager","description":"*Job Summary*\n\nLaser Access is seeking an experienced *Manufacturing Operations Manager* to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.\n\nThis is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating production, employees, equipment, material flow, and schedules across our CNC machining, laser cutting, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, production teams, supervisors, and department leads.\n* Develop production schedules and priorities to meet customer delivery requirements.\n* Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure materials are available to support production.\n* Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, labor utilization, and on-time delivery.\n* Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, workflow, and capacity.\n* Manage employee performance, training, development, hiring, and corrective actions when required.\n* Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure operational supplies are available.\n* Review production requirements, labor needs, capacity, and output against company goals.\n* Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Management to resolve production issues.\n* Ensure employees follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures.\n\n*Skills*\n\n* Minimum *5 years of manufacturing leadership experience*.\n* Strong background in a *CNC machining and metal fabrication environment*.\n* Experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, brake press, MIG/TIG welding, metal finishing, and assembly strongly preferred.\n* Proven ability to manage production schedules, employees, equipment, and multiple priorities.\n* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\n* Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and production KPIs preferred.\n* High school diploma required;
