Votre travail quotidien aura un impact concret sur notre façon de gérer l'entreprise et sur la relation client.Job DescriptionThe Supervisor, Accounts Receivable is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specified Accounts Receivable department and may support other Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Accounts Receivable departments around the world.ResponsibilitiesEnsures efficient and smooth execution of accounts receivable processes including uploading and processing of auction sale and non-sale related transactions, posting of payments, invoicing, and collectionsMonitors outstanding receivables and ensure that collection is within terms and conditions of sale. Refer accounts to collection agency in coordination with sale sites after exhausting recovery initiativesProactively investigate and resolve accounts receivable related issues independently and/or in collaboration with sale site managersEnsures that the accounts receivable sub-ledger and accounts receivable clearing accounts are reconciled to the general ledgerResponsible for preparing and review monthly financial reports for ManagerEnsures appropriate authorizations are compliant with internal controls and policiesEnsures that procedures are within SOX compliance guidelinesAssists with internal and external auditsSupervises, train and mentor a team of 2 – 4 administrators with customer facing responsibilities, maximizing individual strengths, and striving for excellence in customer serviceResponsible for interviewing, hiring, promoting and performance management of teamPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications 5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable's1-2 years of experience in a supervisory roleCustomer service experience requiredEffective leadership, proven ability to supervise in a team environmentCreative problem solving and conflict management skillsSuperior verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize in a demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience working with ERP systemsSalary will be commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, and qualifications.
