SUPPORT TECHNICIAN on the Weekend Split Shift ( Friday / Saturday 7am - 5:30pm and Sunday / Monday 7:30pm to 6am)\nAs the I.T. Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our operation.\nYour responsibility will entail supporting the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, windows mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc. Installing and maintaining hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software that is mission critical while providing support to company employees.\nThe I.T. Technician will report directly to the IT Manager.\nEssential Functions:\nInstalling and support all IT hardware\n\nInstalling and supporting purchased and in-house software\nAttending required meetings\nSupporting the operation on your shift\nMaintaining or repairing equipment\nTroubleshooting a variety of system related issues\nSetting up computer security measures\nSupporting our computer networks\nOffering technical support on-site or via phone/email\nContinually auditing our systems used in our plant to ensure operation\nOccasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support\nEducation/Experience Requirements:\nAssociates or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or other related field\n1-3 years IT troubleshooting experience\nExperience with WMS or ERP systems\nPrevious work experience in a manufacturing, production or logistics environment\nGood written/oral communication skills\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft and other computer applications, internal systems\nComprehensive Logistics Inc.
