This role will help transform data from SAP and other business systems into reliable, actionable insights that support portfolio, financial, resource, and operational decisions.\n\nThe Data Analyst will partner with leaders and subject matter experts across engineering, product management, project management, finance, operations, supply chain, and other functions. The analyst will improve how business data is defined, maintained, connected, and used across the organization.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nClean, standardize, reconcile, and validate existing data from SAP and other enterprise software systems to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability\nIdentify data gaps, duplicate records, inconsistent definitions, and other quality issues; investigate root causes and coordinate corrective actions with business and system owners\nEstablish repeatable processes, business rules, and controls that improve ongoing data quality and reduce recurring cleanup work\nAnalyze business, financial, operational, project, portfolio, capital, and resource data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and value-creation opportunities\nConnect information across multiple systems to establish trusted views of business and portfolio performance\nDevelop and maintain common definitions, key performance indicators, calculation methods, and documentation for critical business data\nSupport portfolio prioritization, capital planning, forecasting, resource allocation, project reviews, and other leadership decisions through clear analysis and recommendations\nInvestigate the drivers behind business results and develop insights that move the organization beyond reporting what happened to understanding why it happened and what action should be taken\nReduce manual data collection, reconciliation, and reporting through standardization, process improvement, automation, and appropriate use of AI-enabled tools\nPartner with functional leaders, subject matter experts, system owners, and technical teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements and sustainable solutions\nCommunicate complex findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences and influence action through data-driven recommendations\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n\nExperience analyzing business, financial, operational, project, or portfolio data\nExperience working with SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning system\nExperience cleaning, combining, reconciling, validating, and interpreting data from multiple software systems\nAdvanced experience using Microsoft Excel or comparable analytical tools\nExperience developing and applying business metrics, key performance indicators, and analytical methodologies\nDemonstrated ability to investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and improve data quality\nDemonstrated ability to translate data analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and structured problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively across multiple business functions\nAbility to manage ambiguity, define problems, prioritize work, and independently structure analytical assignments\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\n\nBachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, finance, engineering, information systems, statistics, mathematics, supply chain, or related discipline\nExperience supporting product development, engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, supply chain, or a project management organization\nExperience with SAP data structures, master data, reporting, or related business processes\nExperience analyzing project portfolios, resource capacity, capital investments, product development performance, or financial forecasts\nExperience using SQL or similar tools to extract, manipulate, clean, and validate data\nExperience with data governance, master data management, data stewardship, or development of data quality controls\nExperience automating recurring data preparation, reconciliation, or analysis\nExperience with forecasting, scenario analysis, statistical analysis, or predictive methods\nExperience using AI-assisted analytical or automation tools\nExperience presenting insights and recommendations to business leaders\n\nFor this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
