Supply Chain Coordinator - Receiving Inventory

With offices in Minneapolis, MN (US); Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, Anteris is a growing, global, and inclusive organization.The Supply Chain Coordinator – Receiving, Inventory and Material Movement plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement, control, and management of materials and manufacturing orders across the organization. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying deliveries, organizing and maintaining inventory, kitting materials for manufacturing, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation within the MRP system.In addition, the Supply Chain Coordinator supports work order management, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional communication to enhance overall supply chain performance. The role partners closely with Quality and Operations to ensure raw materials are available, controlled, and fully traceable throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from raw materials to finished goods.At Anteris® Technologies, you'll be part of a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients with aortic stenosis through groundbreaking medical devices. Join us in our mission to revolutionize structural heart solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesReceivingMonitor deliveries at dock and drop locations.Take receipt, verify packing slips and other documentation for accuracy.Move raw material, supplies, and other products from dock locations through each staging area of the process.Take receipt of product in MRP and other tracking systems.Inventory ManagementMaintain organization and 5S of dock, warehouse, and other storage areas.Materials and inventory responsibilities include production, facility, office, and other functional supplies, within the building.Support movement of product to NCMR hold and quarantine.Rectify or escalate labelling and documentation errors.Complete cycle count (stock-take) in MRP and other tracking systems.Unpack, repack, and wipe down product prior to storage.Break down empty packaging and take to disposal and recycling locations for the site.Safe handling and management of Hazardous Goods/Materials.LogisticsAssist as requested with packaging of finished product.Complete inventory transfer for finished goods products to their relevant locations.Update MRP and other tracking systems with finished goods transactions.Prep and box products or other types of materials for local and international shipments.Work Order ManagementWork with manufacturing operations to determine priority of Work Orders to be opened and kitted.Kit Work Orders per schedule and documentation.Update MRP and other tracking tools with the status and material usage for each Work Order.Verify Work Orders for documentation, material usage, and close out in MRP and other tracking systems.Own raw material transfers between warehouse and manufacturing.Other System Support ActivitiesSupport continuous improvement of material and work order management systems.Participate in meetings by providing status updates, ideas, and completion of action items.Skills, Knowledge, Experience & QualificationsHigh School diploma / GED with 5+ years’ related experience (materials and work order coordination) or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ related experience.Use of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software and Excel-based tracking tools.Good communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to participate in idea sharing and continuous improvementAdministrative competencies and attention to detailExperience with med-device manufacturing is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team and unsupervisedAbility to push, pull and lift 30+ lbs.What We Offer:Opportunity to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry by advancing groundbreaking therapies.Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a culture of innovation and excellence.Competitive compensation package, including salary, performance-based bonuses, and stock options.Career development opportunities and a chance to be part of a growing company that values its employees.CompensationTarget base salary range: $28 - $33 / hr, plus annual incentive opportunity and equity eligibility.
