This position includes many perks but a highly incentivized performance bonus is just a small part of the perks that come with this position.\n\nResponsibilities Include but not limited to:\nOversee day-to-day laundromat operations including opening and closing procedures\nSupervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service\nMonitor and maintain laundry equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed\nHandle cash management, daily deposits\nEnsure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards\nResolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner\nTrack inventory of supplies and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels\nRequirements:\nPrior management or supervisory experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries\nStrong leadership and team-building skills\nExcellent customer service and communication abilities\nBasic math and cash-handling experience\nAbility to troubleshoot minor equipment issues or coordinate with technicians\nReliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends\nHigh school diploma or GED required; some college preferred\nAbout Us:\nTornado Laundromat is a trusted laundry destination serving the Texas Panhandle community with clean, state of the art, well-maintained facilities and a commitment to outstanding customer care.
