You'll provide hands-on support, encouragement, and supervision as individuals complete work tasks, participate in skill-building activities, and engage in community outings. You'll also ensure quality standards for GTI products and services and maintain simple caseload documentation.This isn't just a job - it's an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others while being part of a team that values compassion, collaboration, and inclusion.What You'll Do:Support individuals in reaching their employment and personal goals.Lead engaging daily activities and community experiences.Provide quality control for work completed within the program.Encourage independence, confidence, and teamwork.Maintain basic caseload paperwork and progress notes.Position Details:Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm)Paid lunch breaksStarting pay: $17.50–$19.50/hourBenefits include: Health, dental, and vision insurance, generous vacation accrual, and paid holidays (including Black Friday!)Grow With Us:GTI offers professional growth opportunities, including certification through the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP).
