Early Childhood Educator and Behavior Therapist - Paid Training, RBT, Career Growth

Have you worked with children in a school or one-on-one and have an interest in gaining experience working with children with mental health issues or autism? Work as part of a team in an environment that includes Clinical Psychologists, BCBAs, Behavioral Therapists, Speech Therapists, and an MD that specializes in Child Neurology. Receive extensive training and valuable work experience. Full-time positions available. Behavior Therapist / ABA Therapist Duties: Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with Autism in a clinic setting Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using tablet software Follow prescribed interventions as outlined by supervising staff Assist with parent and caregiver training on client's individual goals Effectively communicate with psychologists and parents regarding case dynamics Maintain client confidentiality and high level of professionalism in all settings Requirements: High School Dipolma or equivalent Driver’s license and your own personal means of transportation Pass LiveScan screening and TB test Behavior Therapy / ABA Therapy experience preferred Benefits: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays 401K Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Work alongside a five star team of professionals in a multidisciplinary setting Fun team environment Full-time schedules Monday through Friday with schedules set up between 8:30am to 6:30pm.
