The involvement of the technician in an account will be justified by the sales representative and the technician, with final approval coming from the National Technical Manager.\r\nEXPECTATIONS\r\nThis position will work with the sales force and be responsible for documentation and communications to ensure that both Gemini & our customers' expectations and timeline requirements are being met.\r\nSet up document procedures and maintain files on all customers for all of the products utilized in the field by customers, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES.\r\nCommunicate in writing with the Lab on all formula adjustments made in the field to ensure product stability and film integrity standards are met.\r\nListen to team members & customers' needs about product & time frames.\r\nPossess a high work ethic, moral and personal integrity, and honesty\r\nBe mature, flexible, and self-motivated.\r\nExemplify professionalism in personal appearance, manner, and dress according to acceptable standards set by the company.\r\nAUTHORITY\r\nThe Technical Rep is granted the necessary authority to manage, direct, and administer the operations of Gemini Industries, Inc. under the control of this position.
