Senior Copywriter

DescriptionSenior copywriter reports to the Creative Director and spearheads the copy efforts in print, digital and video. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Infusing all copy with AP Style and grammar fundamentals • Creating digital marketing copy (paid/owned/earned), from insights to implementation, and developing integrated marketing campaigns that encompass the entire spectrum of digital experiences. • Shaping customer experiences across all touchpoints - from ads and flyers to websites, landing pages and video scripts • Writing YouTube descriptions and providing metadata for our video assets • Thinking conceptually in partnership with other copywriters and our senior graphic designer • Partnering with marketing managers to ensure copy meets business objectives and aligns with brand and technology standards • Collaborating closely with all members of the team throughout concept development, presentation and execution • Working closely with other copywriters to shape the vocabulary for communicating in channels across various lines of business • Maintaining a thorough and current awareness of the competitive landscape as it pertains to communications in digital customer touchpoints Portfolios will be requested from selected candidates. A brief grammar exam may be included. Skill/Experience/EducationRequired Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, print, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e mobile or social media)
