Strong knowledge of XML , Spring and Camel Framework Proficient in message queues (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ , IBM MQ etc.) and integration with enterprise systems. Proficient in SQL, and experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.). Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube) Proven track record of leading small-to-medium teams, mentoring developers, and managing deliverables.Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial products (derivatives IRD/FX/CRD). Experience with operations systems processes like regulatory reporting systems and collateral management processes.Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
