The role involves managing the full life cycle of trade show booth projects, from initial client inquiry through design coordination, production oversight, delivery, and post-show follow-up. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, presenting booth concepts, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients to clarify requirements and timelines. The executive will collaborate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The role also includes prospecting for new business, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, tracking project and sales metrics, and representing the company in a professional manner during client meetings, walkthroughs, and industry events.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or project coordination, ideally within trade shows, events, marketing, or related industries.Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to understand client goals, manage expectations, and provide proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with proven success managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.Comfort with sales activities such as prospecting, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.Ability to collaborate effectively with design, production, and logistics teams, translating client needs into clear internal directions.Proficiency with standard office and CRM tools; experience creating quotes, basic budgets, and status reports.Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for client presentations, email correspondence, and internal updates.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset when handling issues or last-minute changes.Willingness to work on-site in North Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for occasional extended hours around event timelines.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in
