As the largest manufacturer of tire-industry additives in the world, and a newly independent entity, Flexsys brings a track record of innovation, quality, specialized expertise, a highly collaborative approach, and a commitment to growth – working together with our customers as a valuable partner, helping to meet their critical objectives.\n\nTeam Manager Role\nThe Flexsys America, Monongahela, Pennsylvania plant has an immediate opening for a Team Manager to support production.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDirects and assists employees carrying out specified tasks.\n\nPrepares and administers work schedules.\n\nPlans staffing needs for future shifts (overtime, vacation, etc.).\n\nManage payroll time entry for employees, including overtime.\n\nHandles disciplinary matters to include preparation of personnel reports and holding discussions with employees.\n\nServes as a point of contact for questions/requests/concerns.
