You will be part of an Agile team, who is responsible for end-to-end product development, including:\nAnalyzing business requirements and product solutioning\nArchitecture and designs using the latest principles and patterns in software engineering\nCoding, testing, and continuous integration of solutions using the latest and upcoming technologies\nYour Contribution\nBuild innovative products and solutions that:\nReduce business process complexity\nIncrease organizational efficiency through automation\nLiberate people from performing repetitive manual tasks\nHelp ION's clients gain a competitive advantage by using our products\nResolve complex technical and business issues and communicate effectively to Internal teams and ION clients\nAutomate complex business workflows and processes and make a positive impact to client businesses\n\nBasic Qualifications\nWinter 2025 or Spring 2026 graduation\n3.3 GPA or above (transcript required)\nBachelor’s, or Master’s, in Computer Science or related STEM majors, such as Data Science, or Quantitative Finance, with experience in hands-on programming required\nAuthorization to work in selected country without restriction or need for sponsorship\nDemonstrated interest in finance and/or technology, ideally including work experience\nPassion for learning, self-improvement, and a questioning and challenging mindset\nMotivated self-starter who is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do\nStrong problem-solving capabilities and the desire to understand the “why” behind each problem\nHow You'll Grow\n\nOur 36-month Leadership Development Program (LDP) allows you to rotate through different areas of the product lifecycle.
