This full-time opportunity offers the chance to practice in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment where innovation and a top-tier culture support exceptional care delivery.Join a team committed to advancing endocrine care while partnering closely with primary care providers and multidisciplinary specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality treatment for patients across the region.Key Responsibilities:Provide outpatient care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal, and pituitary conditions.Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage chronic endocrine conditions.Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.Participate in team meetings, case reviews, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and best practices.Assist with hospital consultations and rounding according to a set schedule.Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle modifications.Utilize Epic EMR for documentation, ordering, and clinical communication.Qualifications:Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBoard Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in EndocrinologyLicensure: Valid and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain), DEA license, and current BLS/ACLS certificationExperience: Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings preferredCommitment: Dedication to culturally competent, equitable, patient-centered care and strong team collaborationSkills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits:Competitive compensation: $165,743 $372,038 with comprehensive benefitsSupportive administrative and clinical infrastructureOpportunities for professional development and leadershipFlexible scheduling supporting work-life balanceAccess to Coopers academic and research resourcesTo Apply:Submit your CV and cover letter via email to HRRecruitment@CooperHealth.edu.
