If you're passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.Oversee daily site safety activities and promote a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirementsConduct safety audits, inspections, orientations, and toolbox talksSupport subcontractor oversight and safe work practices in the fieldAssist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-upMonitor high-risk activities, including electrical work and other data center construction hazardsOSHA 510 required, NFPA 70e highly preferred5+ years of construction safety experience preferredData center and/or electrical construction experience strongly preferredExperience working on large commercial or mission-critical construction projectsStrong understanding of OSHA 1926 standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, union jobsite environmentExcellent verbal and written skillsEmbody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, AccountabilityOvertime expected, including 9-hour days, most Saturdays, and occasional SundaysHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
